The thesis deals with scientific problems of increasing the accuracy of self-maintained transducers with frequency self-maintained sensors by using circuit constructive techniques to improve the accuracy of test methods for error correction and unification of design by creating a unified code converter that will allow to measure the heterogeneous physical quantities. To achieve the objectives the mathematical models of characteristics of the conversion for self-maintained transducers with the developed code converter, allowing to calculate parameters of such self-maintained transducers and code converter, were obtained; а general method of linearization of transformation characteristics of self-maintained transducers was developed for the considered circuit implementation of self-maintained transducers with frequency self-maintained sensors such as: with one self-maintained sensor, with differential connection of two self-maintained sensors with two: measuring and compensatory self-maintained sensor that allows to eliminate the uncertainty caused by the linearity error; test methods for correcting errors that are described by equations of the first degree were applied for frequency self-maintained sensors with a non-linear conversion characteristic; circuit and constructional techniques to improve the accuracy of self-maintained transducers from frequency self-maintained sensors were developed and applied, which reduces the number of frequency self-maintained sensors elements by combining the functions of a sensor and a primary transducer.
