Ponomaryova O. The Constitutional and Law Status of the Persons with Disabilities

The dissertation is devoted to the status of the persons with disabilities in terms of the constitutional law. There were analyzed the definition, the essence and the structural elements as well as the features of the evolution of the person with disabilities status. The standards of the international law and the special features of the people with disabilities status regulation in terms of the constitutional law have been investigated here, too. Moreover the features of the people with disabilities status regulation in terms of the constitutional law have been given as they are both abroad and in Ukraine. The special attention was paid to the guarantees of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of people with disabilities realization. There have been also formulated the practical and applied recommendations for the further development of the national legislation of Ukraine in the field of the constitutional law status of persons with disabilities.
