Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the Improving of the working bodies of beet slicer machines of sugar production to increase production capacity and improve quality of beet cossettes properties. As a result of the theoretical and experimental studies in the scientific and offered reasonable triangular cross section beet cossettes with a vertical angle of 60° in view of its manufacturability and quality; established patterns of change: the share of cutting the angle trimming beet knife and cutting speed, height of lift beet knives of various forms of pre-specified Silin number, the cross-sectional beet cossettes of different profiles from lifting height of the cutting edge beet knifes blades of the control rod and the Silina number taking into account the offset vertices the cutting edge of each blade following the direction of movement of beet; depending proposed analytical determination of the force interaction of all elements of sugar beet from the front surface beet knives widely used types of knives; are the improvement of existing and development of new work beet sugar cutters production, confirmed by patents of Ukraine for utility model. The results of studies are put in the practice at three sugar beet plants in Ukraine and one machine-building plant. It is confirmed by the acts of implementation of scientific-research work into the production.
