Rybak O. Execution of the letter of request (letter rogatory) in the civil proceeding of Ukraine

The thesis is a special research of the leter of tequest (letter rogatory) institute in civil proceedings. The concept, features, theoretical approaches of various researchers to delineate the category of the "letter of request", the procedures for sending (expediting) of the letter rogatory, the peculiarity of execution of certain letters of request (obtaining evidence abroad, taking testimony) are dealt with. The Author's approach is based on a comprehensive research of the letter of request in the procedural way and on the comparative legal analysis of the application of the letter of request (letter rogatory) Institute in the relationship between Ukraine and the some states of the European Union (for example, Germany and France) and the United States of America.
