In this thesis to improve the criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of patients, suffering from neurasthenia defines the basic factors of various forms of formation of the clinical course of the disease based on clinical and psychopathological, pathopsychological, morpho-constitutional survey data. Defined etiopathogenetical links formation of forms of neurasthenia including: phase in which "fixed" in the clinical course of the disease in the period of 1 - 3 years, under certain somatotype, low reactivity of organism and non-specific reactions of adaptation of organism with the signs of stress. Due to the results of the factor analysis revealed factors pathopsychological representatives hypersthenic type - "anxious-rigid" model of emotional reaction and "impulse-irritable" model of behavior; representatives normosthenic somatotype - unstable "stuck" a model of emotional reaction and "desadaptive-cyclothymic" behavior model; representatives of asthenic somatotype - "loosely-majority" model of emotional reaction and "egocentric-fixation" model of behavior. Scientifically proved, designed, formed and used in practical activities the principles оf algorithmization of rehabilitation therapy, which includes a standard pharmacotherapy, and differential schemes of psychotherapy and physiotherapy depending on the constitutional somatotype and form of the clinical course of neurasthenia. The effectiveness of the developed algorithm was confirmed by psycho-diagnostic, laboratory research.
