Saenko A. Restoring of the endometrium functional activity in infertile women with unsuccessful attempts of assisted reproductive technologies

The thesis shows the new solution actual problem of modern gynecology - improving fertility treatment in IVF program. The object of the study was the functional state of the endometrium in 140 patients good defendants with failed IVF attempts in history and 30 gynecological and somatic healthy women of reproductive age. Clinical and medical history, polymerase chain reaction, ultrasonic, hysteroscopic, radioimmunological, іmmunoassay, сytoflyuorometrycal, morphological, immunohistochemical, scanning electron microscopy, statistical methods used. Based on the study of general immune status, characteristics expression of endometrial receptors for steroid hormones, formation pinopodes secretion of molecules implantation, total leukocyte antigen and the natural killer cells in the endometrium, local immune, proliferative and apoptotic responsiveness developed and implemented a scheme of diagnosis and correction of functional state of the endometrium, which led to an increase in the incidence of pregnancy and ending pregnancy leave.
