The thesis provides a theoretical justification empatiynoyi phenomenon of interpersonal interaction and empirical study his psychological characteristics in adolescence. Powered structural dynamic model representation of empathy at the micro level of interpersonal interaction. The basic age and gender patterns of relationships between indicators of empathy and its integral form the components of interpersonal interaction. Developed and approved a program to promote the development of psychological empatiynoyi interpersonal interaction.
