Essay

Thesis work is devoted to the comprehensive research on problems of legal regulation of real estate rental relations. On the basis of examined theo-retical scientific researches and analysis of current Ukrainian legislation, the definition and the character features of agreements of real estate are clarified, the place of the agreement among the other civil agreements and criterions of attributing a property as a subject of an agreement of the real estate are determined.
