The dissertation is devoted to the study of problems of authorities of the court of first instance of civil jurisdiction. This dissertation defines the concept and essence of authorities of the court of first instance of civil jurisdiction, highlights the main stages of their historical progress, gives a comparative analysis of the current conditions of growth of authorities of the court of first instance of civil jurisdiction under the law of foreign countries and studies authorities of the court of first instance of civil jurisdiction at all stages of the process.
