Object of study: In vitro cultivation of hops. Subject of research: selection of A. tumefaciens-free planting material detected with conventional hop sex and type of varieties/polymorphism analyzes of the various regions of chalcone synthases encoding genes , chs_H1, chs2, chs3, chs4, vps varieties of Ukrainian hops ; annotation of genes chs2, chs3 and chs4 of hop ; The approach for the evaluation of the usual type of hop varieties using molecular markers; The possibility of sex determination according polymorphism microsatellite locus HlAGA7 and Y-chromosome regions in samples of hop of Ukrainian selection; conducted the validation of molecular markers to identify of A. tumefaciens.
