Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease of discharge and perinatal pathology at women with leiomyoma of uterus on the basis of studying of features of a functional condition fetoplacental complex, system immunity and a homeostasis, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of anatomo-functional features leiomyoma of uterus in development of discharge pregnancy and perinatal complications is established. The interrelation between perinatal results of delivery, a functional condition fetoplacental complex, a condition of system immunity and a homeostasis at women with leiomyoma of uterus is defined. It has allowed to establish new links patogenesise of discharge pregnancy and perinatal pathologies. Comparative aspects of frequency, structure and development terms of discharge and placentary dysfunction at women with leiomyoma of uterus are studied at various localisation and the sizes myomatosical knots. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at women with leiomyoma of uterus on the basis of use patogenetical the directed medicamentous correction is improved.
