Marіanchyk N. Optimisation of tactics of conducting patients with anovulation barreness.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of infringements of reproductive function at patients with anovulation barreness on the basis of studying clinical-morphological, endocrinological, ehografical and dopplerometrical features, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The data about the reasons and patogenesise infringements of reproductive function at women with anovulation on the basis of the established interrelations between clinical, morphological, ehografical, dopplerometrical and endocrinological infringements in age aspect is expanded. The role of morphological changes of ovariums and infringements of an arterial blood-groove, including in age aspect, in development anovulation and infringements of reproductive function is shown. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive function of women with anovulation on the basis of the stage-by-stage approach with use endoscopical methods, the directed hormonal correction and stimulation of ovulation is improved and introduced.
