Riabichenko D. Building bank liquidity management system with reference to the stakeholders' interests and influence

The thesis explores theoretical approaches to defining the essence of "bank liquidity" viewed through the prism of liquidity management strategies and from different stakeholder groups perspective. It systematizes and analyses factors that influence bank liquidity, and provides a comparative analysis of the methodological approaches to liquidity management. In order to consider stakeholder's influence the author constructs liquidity management system and suggests various models of corporate structures. The research develops informational and organizational support of liquidity management system, and offers a mechanism of stakeholder's interests balancing and its integration with strategic liquidity management. The project highlights a practical approach to identification of bank risk profile and proves the interrelation between a bank business model and source of capital. The study concludes with methodological support within reactive and preventive blocks of liquidity management based on its risk profile.
