The dissertation is devoted to the systematic research of corruption based on the analysis of criminological situation related to corruption crime, to the theoretical generalization patterns and the determining trends of its internal and external threats display, to reasoning criminological principles and conceptual provisions of modeling strategies and to developing methodical recommendations on application and implementation of measures to prevent and combat corruption on this basis. The system of measures to prevent and combat corruption is determined.
