Gutvert R. The using of electric welding and term jet methods for organ-preserving operations with renal tumors (experimentally-clinical research).

Dissertation is devoted to solving the current issues in urology - more effective organ-preserving surgery in patients with kidney cancer. Experimentally that resection of the kidney through the use of electric and term jet methods in the early postoperative term is more pronounced inflammatory reaction in the area of operations than the use of classical suture method, but in the late postoperative timing was seen more active recovery of renal parenchyma to form the thinner connective tissue scar. Based on the experimental research were developed method kidney resection and instrument for kidney resection. Proven clinical effect of the proposed method by reducing kidney resection surgery time, reduce kidney ischemia time and volume of intraoperative blood loss. The analysis of complications in the early and late postoperative periods during surgery using electric and term jet methods and without them, the analysis overall, disease-free survival and сancer-spesyfic patients in both groups showed no significant difference.
