Essay

The thesis focuseson the new approach to the complex evaluation and treatment by systemic enzyme therapy of metabolic syndrome (MS) and osteoarthrosis (OA) comorbidity in consideration of inflammatory status. It was detected, that chronic low-grade inflammation in experimental condition, as well as in person with MS and OA comorbidity was associated with more significant metabolic disorders, plasma atherogenicity and violation of functional or structural conditions of peripheric arterial vessels. The correlative connections were found between indices of inflammation, components of MS and indices of arterial vessel state. We established an evidence of efficiency of treatment by systemic enzyme therapy in patients with MS and OA association as a single-drug therapy or combined with statins
