Essay

The dissertation is devoted to transformation of state institutions in the context and under the influence of globalization processes. The main attention is paid to the transformation of the essential characteristics of the state in the modern world. Both positive and negative effects of globalization on the process of state building are determined. The unacceptability of one-side attitude to processes which occurre in the country in the context of globalization is emphesized.
