Object - cement-concrete road with chemical, mineral additives and polypropylene fibers; The Goal - to develop formulations and technology for the production of cement-concrete road frost containing organomineral complex and polypropylene fibers; Methods-experimentally research methods using the standard methods for determining the technological properties of concrete, mechanical and operational performance concrete study of the structure and phase composition of cement concrete was carried out using optical microscopy and differential thermal analysis to study the pore space of the concrete used in concrete method of ice formation based on DSC A.V. Usherova-Marshak; Novelty - developed theoretical understanding of the mechanism moroznosolevogo destruction of road concrete in various corrosive liquids, calculated osmotic pressure and determined the critical concentration of chloride salts at various temperatures, enhancing frosty destruction of road concrete, the mechanism of formation of the pore structure of concrete with organomineral complex and fiber, investigated the impact of organo-complexes on air entrainment in concrete mixture, while maintaining its properties over time, depending on the mobility and the presence of air-entraining additives and polypropylene fibers, to study the effect of organic-systems individually and in association with the addition of air-entraining and polypropylene fibers on morozosolestoykost and physic-mechanical properties of concrete; Results - to compile a concrete road with a set of additives, as well as recommendations for the production of concrete mixtures with air entrainment optimized for high frost resistance of concrete; Scope of use - road construction and reconstruction of concrete slabs.
