Holynskyy Y. Organization of Treasury Budgets Maintenance in Conditions of Reforming of Public Finance in Ukraine.

State expenditures for the functioning of Treasury as in Ukraine in general and in the case of some departments from different regions are investigated. Volume of funds is defined, ineffective and / or inappropriate use of which was warned by Treasury of Ukraine organs. A number of measures to improve control in the system of Treasury are suggested, the mechanism of Treasury budget maintenance is elaborated. Expediency of legislative consolidation of duty of using the system for remote customer service of Treasury by newly created councils of communities are grounded for the first time.
