The object of the dissertation is the processes of transformation of the relationships between consumer and producer in the global economy. The aim is the theoretical substantiation of transformation processes of relationships between consumer and producer in global logistics networks and making proposals for further development directions in the world economy and in Ukraine. The methods are: historical analysis, etymology, logical analysis, benchmarking, mapping, clustering, tabular, graphical and analytical methods, correlation, statistical methods, online survey. The results: making proposals for further development of relations between consumers and producers in logistics networks in the world economy and Ukraine. The novelty - for the first time it is proved that the transformation of the relationships between consumer and producer is about drastic changes through the mutual combination of the triad processes: individualization of consumer demand, customization of production offers and virtualization; improved interpretation of the term "global logistics network", model to overcome the information gaps in relations between consumers and producers in global logistics networks; were further developed interpretation of the term "relationship between consumer and producer", classification of logistics networks, the hypothesis of the information gaps existence, tendencies of the global economy that affect the transformation of the relationship between consumers and producers, suggestions for areas of further transformation of the relationships between consumer and producer in global and national logistics networks. The results are implemented into practical activity of LLC "EKOPLAS", LLC "Trading House" Mist Express ", Trade and Consumer Protection Department of Economy and Business of Uzhgorod city council, LLC" Skaybud M ", Department of External Relations and Promotion region of Ternopil Regional Council and to Ternopil National Economic University educational process. The field: activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on European integration.
