Essay

Thesis is devoted to the complex research of a crime prescribed by Art. 376 CC of Ukraine and issues of its qualification. Much attention is given to the criminal legal analysis of elements (its signs) of corpus delicti, researching of its aggravating circumstances, making its qualification regulations and the establishment of criteria distinguishing interference with activity of judicial authorities from the related crimes, etc. The author proposes a new wording of Art. 376 CC of Ukraine.
