Essay

Study of clinical and pathogenetic features of a chronic low back pain syndrome at exacerbation phase during hospitalization are generalized and deepened. Clinical characteristics of a painful syndrome and arising functional infringements are specified. Clinical and medical history indicators which promote development and chronisation of a pain in the bottom of a back are defined. Features of emotional violations at patients with a chronic lumbar painful syndrome at a stage of its aggravation and respective alterations of indicators of vegetative maintenance of activity are established.Difficult influence of aggravations, the hospitalization fact on quality of an everyday life of patients which has the character prolonged in time is shown. Complex studying of changes of function of walking is spent at aggravations of a lumbar painful syndrome and possibility of participation of subclinical changes of function of walking, as factor which promotes chronisation of a painful syndrome is shown.Anthropometrical features of a structure of a body and somatotype distribution at patients with a chronic lumbar painful syndrome of the first and second mature age are established. Prevalence of mesomorph somatotype component, especially at women, increase of its representation in group of patients of advanced age, anthropometrical "diathesis" deviations in the form of relative shortening of the lower extremities and smaller development in them of somatotype components are revealed. Discriminant models which with high reliability, on a basis only the anthropometry data, allow to separate healthy people from patients are developed and, thus, can be a basis for forecasting of risk of development of a chronic painful syndrome in the bottom of a back.
