Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the learning of dysfunction features of antioxidant and pro-oxidant system in blood and periodontal tissues of rats, level of endogenous intoxication and immune protection system in blood of rats with different types of inflammatory reactions with periodontitis. Development of periodontitis by altered reactivity is accompanied with increasing of lipid peroxidation activity; changes of antioxidant system in blood and periodontal tissues of rats and increasing of immune system in blood; and increasing of intoxication in animals blood that found as a result of experimental studies.These changes will differ in time according to the types of inflammatory reactions on the based of comprehensive study was proved. The peak of the inflammatory process in animals with hyper reactivity will be seventh day after the modeling periodontitis, in animals with normal reactivity – tenth day and in animals with hypo reactivity these changes grew to fourteen days.
