After 1 year of supervision index of satisfaction with breasts attributes decreased by 10%, and the rate of self-esteem decreased by 8% on the level before the operation. We developed and implemented operations on the breast involving techniques of plastic surgery: minimally invasive surgery with transareolar incision in treating patients of reproductive age with fibroadenomas, conical resection of breast with mastopexy in surgical treatment of patients with intraductal papillomas of breas, and focal fibro-cystic changes of breast, mastectomy with immediate submuscular prosthetic of silicone implants in the surgical treatment of women with polycystic total breast. Analysis of the effectiveness of surgery showed that immediate results is better in patients who undergone developed surgical procedures - the frequency of complications in patients of the main group was 17% versus 44% in the comparison group, which performed traditional sector resection of the breast. Developed surgery techniques in the treatment of benign breast disease improve the quality of life of patients in 1 year observation: by 24% improved the psychological state, by 5% - physical health on the level before the operation.
