Rii I. Ecological and economic bases of the agricultural land investment attractiveness formation.

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical approaches to defining the essence of investment attractiveness of agricultural land. The author identifies ecological and economic features in formation of the agricultural land investment attractiveness. Existing methodological approaches to the assessment of investment attractiveness of territories have been analyzed. Ecological and economic analysis of the current state and effectiveness of agricultural land of Lviv region was carried out. Investment attractiveness of agricultural land of Lviv region districts has been assessed. Strategic priorities for improving the investment attractiveness of agricultural land have been identified. Methodical provisions on assessment of the agricultural land investment attractiveness have been improved. Theoretical and methodical approach to formation of investment platforms in the system of agricultural land use has been grounded.
