Lo'ai H. Treatment of patients with arthropathic psoriasisconsider-ing clinical manifestations of the disease

The dissertation is devoted to solving new scientific challenges is to increase the ef-fectiveness of treatment of patients with arthropathic psoriasis by taking into account the clinical cutaneous and articular manifestations of the disease in terms of new drugs that are pathogenic orientation.The complex therapy of patients with arthropathic psoriasis provided favorable immediate and long-term results, which was accompanied by positive dynamics of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system, significant decrease in the total number of T-lymphocytes, positive dynamics of immunoregulatory index and functional activity of lymphocytes.Our studies indicate that the use rationally the proposed combined methods of treatment of patients with arthropathic psoriasis using gel bischofite, fitobalzamiv and hlyutoksymu has significant positive potential and reduces endogenous intoxication, nor-malization of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant system, the immune response, leading to re-gression of clinical manifestations , reducing the number of relapses and improve the qual-ity of life of patients.
