Velykorechanin P. Multiple citizenship: constitutional and legal research

The thesis is devoted to consideration of constitutional and legal essence of multiple citizenship in Ukraine and foreign countries. A multiple citizenship is a special kind of legal status of the individual, who has the citizenship of two or more states. A lot of scientific doctrines and concepts on multiple citizenship based on systematic and comparative approaches have been analyzed, the necessity of studying of the phenomenon of multiple citizenship within the constitutional and legal science has been substantiated, the institutional structuring of multiple citizenship as a phenomenon of constitutional and legal reality has been made, the modern international legal standards of multiple citizenship and their impact on the constitutional and legal realities of Ukraine have been defined, a social and legal background of cases of multiple citizenship has been disclosed.
