Herman L. Optimization of diagnosis and treatment of placental dysfunction in pregnant women with miscarriage.

The thesis is devoted to actual problem of modern obstetrics - improving diagnostic and therapeutic measures placental dysfunction in pregnant women with miscarriage by studying features of clinical course, ultrasound and hemodynamic changes in fetoplacental complex, changing hormone levels in fetoplacental complex and placental morphogenesis peculiarities. Established rate of development placental dysfunction on the ground of miscarriage in pregnant women. Identified abnormal levels of placental dysfunction development considering ultrasound tahemodynamic changes in the mother-placenta-fetus and changes in fetoplacenta hormone levels. For the first time criteria for early diagnosis of placental dysfunction in this group of high risk pregnant women developed. On the basic of immunohistochemical study of placentas found that in pregnant women with miscarriage develop placental dysfunction, which is extend by destruction of parenchymal cells and microcirculation disturbance, activation of apoptosis, which leads to violations of the fetus and newborn condition. A set of differential treatment of pregnant women in early gestation using modern diagnostic methods are developed.
