Kasсhenko I. Differentiated approach to the treatment of genital herpes in women of childbearing age, considering cytokine status.

This dissertation is on perfection of diagnostics and treatment of genital herpes in women of childbearing age, taking into account the features of clinical course, sexual health status and abnormal cytokine component of immune system. In this paperwork, the results of scientific research are stated, and, on their basis, the important scientific task is completed and new data is obtained, namely: the features of clinical course of genital herpes are studied in 93 women of childbearing age, the states of their sexual health are evaluated. Defined is the connection of the functional activity of peripheral blood cells in their capacity to produce cytokine in women with genital herpes. The differentiated approaches in therapy of genital herpes in women of childbearing age are developed, taking into consideration the features of clinical course of the disease and the abnormal cytokine component of immune system. The efficiency of use of the domestic preparation of Erbisol group is proven in complex therapy of genital herpes.
