Taranenko A. Contract on Human Organs and Limbs Prosthetics.

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of contracts, which mediate prosthetics relations. The study provides a systematic approach to contracts for prosthetics, which covers the interlinkages between the two contractual structures - contracts on prosthetic ware manufacturing and servicing, and contracts on medical services related to prosthetics provision. Analysis of legal acts on prosthetics and doctrinal development related to turnkey contracts (which the author proposes to attribute the contract on prosthetic ware manufacturing and servicing to) and contracts on medical services provision (which the author proposes to attribute the contract on provision of medical services related to prosthetics to), allowed to formulate the author's definitions of these contracts and to determine their basic civil law characteristics.
