Essay

The thesis deals with the theoretical and practical problems of enforcing author's rights. On the basis of current legislation, international acts and agreements, scientific researches the notion of subjective copyrights has been defined, the conditions, principles, limits and restrictions in the exercise of copyright have been analyzed. The author proves the existence of specific principles of copyright, in particular the principle of combining private and public interests. The author also analyzes system of requirements which the statutory limits of copyright exercising are subjected to.
