Improved methodic of the assessment of shadow economy; disclosed scientific-theoretical approaches of improvement of the efficiency of administrative structures of providing of the legalization of financial flows at the national level; determined directions of realization of the state financial policy for reduction of the shadows level of financial flows, in particular its dominant; improved mechanism of prevention of money "laundering" in Ukraine; developed recommendations for implementation the instruments of financial policy for the fight against shadow financial flows.
