Yehorova Y. Conditional Types of Release of Juveniles from Punishment and Serving in accordance with the Criminal Law of Ukraine

The thesis contains the valid practical recommendations aimed at modernization of quality of criminal and legal regulation of conditional types of release of juveniles from punishment and serving. The social conditionality of the existence and further retention of legislative norms relating to the criminal responsibility which regulate enforcing conditional types of release of juveniles from punishment and serving has been considered. The conditional types of release of juveniles from punishment and serving have been characterized in general. The international and foreign experience of legal regulation of conditional types of release of juveniles from punishment and serving has been investigated.
