Ivakhnenko O. Criminal Liability for Hooligan Acts

Foreign experience of criminalization of these acts is analyzed. The essence of hooligan acts as a complex, multidimensional and multilevel phenomenon, which is covered by several articles of the Criminal code of Ukraine, is revealed. These articles together create a specific criminal law institute. The classification of the acts as crimes committed in reality and offenses, that contained in the criminal law, is given. The characteristics of objective and subjective hooligan acts' features and signs relevant offences are done. On this basis the ways for improvement of the law about criminal liability for hooligan acts are proposed.
