Essay

The current research focuses on development of progressive measures to prevent crimes related to illegal use of budgetary funds in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The paper provides definition of illegal use of budgetary funds in the military sphere as a negative phenomenon of social reality, clarifies its quantitative and qualitative indicators, examined the persons of soldier-criminals who illegally use budgetary funds in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and determinants such crimes. The series of measures of generally social and specifically criminological prevention of these crimes are set out.
