For the first time in national legal literature, a complete holistic scientific research of regulation of relations based on agreements concluded with the use of electronic communication media is conducted. Preconditions, establishment and development of legislation which regulates agreements concluded with the use of electronic communication media are studied. Definitions and conditions of agreements concluded with the use of electronic communication media are identified. The difference between the notions of "electronic commerce" and "electronic trade" is determined. Comprehensive analysis of the procedure of conclusion, amendment, termination (dissolution), signing and notary certification of agreements concluded with the use of electronic communication media is performed. The issue of using agreements concluded with the use of communication media in the domain of banking services is studied. Peculiarities of concluding agreements on the Internet are addressed. Peculiarities of foreign agreements concluded with the use of communication media are analyzed.
