Stazilova T. Assets Managamant Agreement in International Private Law

The thesis contains analysis of theoretical and practical issues related to the regulation of relations arising under assets management agreements in international private law. In the thesis the legal nature of the assets management agreement, the main features that make it possible to separate the property management contract from other similar legal constructions, conducted a brief analysis of the legislation which regulate relations between the parties under assets management agreements, the main conflict bindings to be applied to relations arising from assets management agreement with a foreign element. Basic relationship training methods for the property management contract with a foreign element, including training in Ukraine trim designs from property management, created under the law of the common law (trusts).
