Thesis is devoted to the problems of improving the efficiency of complex treatment including general and topical treatments for the patients with rosacea and perioral dermatitis based on complicating infectious agents, microbial landscape of the skin condition, the autonomic nervous system, psychological status and quality of life.We proved in vitro the efficiency of 3% praziquantel ointment.We developed and integrated into the practice a differentiated treatment of patients with rosacea and perioral dermatitis using a new extemporal local drug with praziquantel, which allowed obtaining a clear therapeutic effect, reducing the number of relapses and improving quality of life.
