Essay

The thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of optimization and recovery treatment and prevention of different manifestations of degenerative diseases of musculoskeletal system. The material is based on a comprehensive examination of 268 postmenopausal women aged 51-60 years old, whose work is related to the harmful factors of production and living in the southern region of Ukraine. The risk factors have been identified, a mathematical model for predicting the emergence of postmenopausal osteoporosis and risk of fractures has been developed. This enables timely prevention and treatment at preclinical stage. Based on clinical and instrumental study of 137 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, osteochondrosis and gonarthrosis program inclusing osteotropic and basic chondroprotective therapy and the use of differential balneotherapy, dynamic elektroneyrostymulyatsiyi, CO2 gas injection therapy has been reasonably designed and pathogenically substantiated. Under the influence of complex treatment in 3 months of treatment they observed significant improvement in the therapeutical outcomes in the patients under examination. The proposed methods of differential balneotherapy, dynamic electroneurostimulation, subcutaneous injection of CO2 gas in combination with the basic drug therapy allows to get a nice long therapeutic effect and improves long-term results of treatment.
