Kruk O. Legal regulation of short trips abroad sentenced colonies in Ukraine

In the thesis on the basis of analysis of legislation, scientific sources and legal practice these are worked out scientifically grounded propositions concerning improving legal and organizational bases of providing sentenced in Ukraine with short trips outside the colonizes. It is analyzed the state of scientific developing of problems connected with the use of legal bases of short trips outside the colonies, it is clarified legal nature and significance of such trips, these are studied international and legal approaches and appropriate practice of implementation of sentenced short trips outside the colonies in Western European countries, the USA and post Soviet countries.
