Paslavska N. The establishment and development of constitutional justice in the Federal Republic of Germany: a historical-jural study.

Studied in the present dissertation falling back on the analysis of the texts of the German constitutions as well as federal laws and rulings of both Federal and Land Constitutional Courts and scrutiny of scholarly literature are the establishment and development of constitutional justice in the Federal Republic of Germany and its influence on the formation of constitutional order of the state. The place of the Federal Constitutional Court in the system of government of Germany is ascertained. The establishment of the relationship between the federal and state constitutional courts is studied. The historical role of the Constitutional Court in the formation and pro¬tection of the constitutional order in the Federal Republic of Germany has been elucidated. With reference to the research carried out some suggestions have been made as to the improvement of the Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of administration of constitutional justice with the consideration of the historical-jural experience of the activity of the Constitutional Court of the Federal Re¬public of Germany.
