Syrko M. Civil Code of France 1804 and Its In?uence on Civil Legislation of European Countries (by the example of Poland and Romania).

Based on the analysis of legal acts valid on the territory of state and political establishments of Europe, other written sources and academic literature, in?uence of the French Civil Code (1804) on civil legislation of European countries (on the example of Poland and Romania) is investigated in this thesis. Reasons for exploitation, enactment conditions and sources of the French Civil Code of 1804 are determined; analysis of its content and structure is accomplished. Peculiarities of in?uence of the Code on civil legislation of Poland and Romania are examined. The historical and legal experience of the French Civil Code application in the European countries as well as and in the Ukrainian lands is explored. Also, accord¬ing to the results of carried out research, some suggestions have made with the aim to further develop the Ukrainian civil legislation.
