Molchanova O. Prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in women after in vitro fertilization with intracytoplasmic introduction of sperms into the ovule.

The work is dedicated to study actual theme of modern obstetrics - decrease the rate of complications of pregnancy and perinatal pathology among women after IVF treatment with method ICSI, based on study of clinical and immunological features of the course of pregnancy and optimization tactics of pregnancy. Analyzing the peculiarities of the course of pregnancy and state of health of newborns, indexes of hormonal function of placenta and state of hemodynamic placental-fetal circulation and immunological changes during pregnancy of women after ART with ICSI method showed that this group of pregnant women is a group of high risk for development of high frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications. At the current level morphological and immuno-histochemical studies of the placenta in pregnant women after using IVF with ICSI method were done. Based on received results of studies the complex of treating and preventive measures, aimed at prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in this group is improved. New algorithm of supervision of pregnancy and complex of treating and preventive measures for decreasing of frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications among pregnant women after IVF with ICSI method is recommended to apply in Health Care Practice.
