Kagramanyan A. The reproductive health of women of childbearing age, the residents of the agricultural region of Ukraine.

The work is dedicated to the topical issue of improving the reproductive health of women of childbearing age, the residents of the agricultural region of Ukraine. Based on the results of clinical and epidemiological studies, women with reproductive disorders have been found, which have been represented by mostly chronic inflammatory diseases of the genital organs (the first group), infertility (the second group) and a violation of the menstrual cycle (the third group). An important role in the pathogenesis of reproductive disorders played by the changes of psycho-emotional state and adaptability. A disturbance in the balance of stress-realizing and stress-limiting adaptation level indicates a high level of stress, which is frequently observed in infertility. Gonadotropins concentrations indicators have been presented by decline in FSH and LH in the first phase of the cycle, reduction of progesterone concentration in the second phase of the cycle and increase in the first phase of the cycle, indicating the hormonal imbalance of surveyed women. Immunological characteristic was presented by a high content of T-active cells and cytolytic lymphocytes and by increased level of secretory IgA. For the purposes of the prevention and treatment of reproductive health violations, the efficient algorithms for examination and treatment have been developed. On the basis of the research was developed diagnostic algorithm and treatment of women with reproductive disorders, which showed its high efficiency. The effectiveness of the diagnostic algorithm and complex treatment aimed at women reproductive health improvement was in chronic inflammatory diseases of the genital organs of women of childbearing age 85,0 %, in violation of the menstrual cycle - 82,5 %, infertility - 77,5 %.
