Essay

Dissertation is devoted to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of benign cervical disease in women of reproductive age. Supplement existing scientific data to assess the state of the cervix in women of reproductive age depending on the characteristics microbiocenosis genital tract, taking into account the class of Pap smear, availability and load quantification of human papillomavirus. On the basis of studies for the first time given cytomorphological and immunocytochemical assessment of the cervical epithelium, taking into account the quantitative load genitals High risk strains of human papilloma virus, the expression of capsid protein L1, the expression of proliferative antigen Ki-67, which is correlated with histologic evidence of dysplastic changes in all biopsies of the cervix. It has been established the existence of cervical canal in 50,0 % of patients with histologically that can be confirmed the presence of chronic inflammation in this group of patients. The proposed conservative treatment helped to normalize microbiocenosis internal genital organs in 83,3 % of patients. According to the results of cytological examination found a significant decrease in discariotic and hyperproliferative epithelium changes in the cervix in 41,7 % of patients. Dynamic analysis of cytological and colposcopic monitoring the effectiveness of the surgical treatment of benign pathology of the cervix has shown its effectiveness in 76,2 % of patients. These scientific data have allowed science to justify the need for the existing diagnostic and therapeutic measures to improve the reproductive health of women with cervical pathology.
