Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of criminal executive principles of providing with personnel of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraineby imprisonment. Based on the scientific study of the sources and law enforcement practices a modern view of personnel as the subject of criminal-executive relations has been formulated; its role in the execution of sentences of imprisonment has been shown. It has been scientifically proved and grounded that the personnel and prisoners should be considered as the main, equal subjects of criminal executive relations, which depend on the course and result of the use of the main conventionalprisonand resocializationfascilities of the convicted.
