Moskalenko O. The evolution of value-sense field of future technical specialists.

The research was aimed to the study of the evolution value-sense field, as an solid structure of future technical specialists. The research describes the main theoretical approaches to the understanding of the categories "value", "value orientation", "sense" and their interrelation to the structure of value-sense field of the person. Conducive prerequisites for the formation of value-sense field of personality, is a value determination, moral and spiritual evolution, evolution of communication skills, the skills of self-control, personal identification. The criteria of assessment of the level of evolution of value-sense field of the person, reflecting the degree of formation of each structural component of this sector: low, medium or high, and sufficient was detected. It was founded that the evolution of value-sense field of the person is possible in conditions of evolution of each structural component of the field by dint of psychological training, the main emphasis is focused on the evolution of the "Me" of the image, interpersonal interaction, self-regulation and the actual value-sense field of personality. The program of psychological training which was offered and tested defines as effective way, which assists for the structuring of the value-semantic sphere of the individual, realization of the life's sense orientations and individuals desire for disclosure and exploitation own potential. Hence, put forward hypotheses was confirmed by research results.
