3. In the thesis the research results on determination of characteristics of the bacterial diseases manifestation of leaf apparatus and sugar beet roots, morphological, and cultural and biochemical, chemo-taxonomic properties of bacteria that are pathogenic for plants of this species are presented. It is analyzed the composition of the bacterial microbiota of sugar beet seeds and on the basis of the establishment of a number of biological properties identified isolates of bacteria and their virulent properties are investigated. Sensitivity of bacteriosis pathogens of sugar beet to chemical and biological crop protection products is investigated. It is established the prevalence of bacterial leaf spottiness of sugar beet in natural conditions and the effectiveness of fungicides activity to limit the disease development. The symptoms of manifestation of bacterial diseases of leaf apparatus of sugar beet hybrids of different origins according to artificial infection of plant pathogens are described. Among the bacteria epiphytes of plants and in the microbiota composition of sugar beet seeds it is determined the presence and selected perspective strains of bacterial antagonists to phytopathogens. The presence of common pathogens for sugar beet and representatives of segetal vegetation in their crops is defined.
