In 102 patients the relationship of polymorphism gene eNOS (T894G) and aCE (I/D) with clinical-diagnostic manifestations of acute coronary syndrome, depending on the type, location and order of occurrence of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Reviewed forecasts fatal and nonfatal myocardial infarction patients, achieving endpoints, conducted analysis of genotype-dependent changes under therapy, allocated risk patients.
