Rogalskyi R. Dynamics of the operation parameters and indices of passenger transport systems in large cities

Determining the patterns of changes in operation indices of passenger transport systems, depending on their parameters in large cities. Operation model of the public passenger transport system was developed. Having identified the patterns of influence of the city parameters on the population mobility, utilization ratios of transport and mass passenger transport, appropriate multifactor power models were built. A study of the influence of the gravity function exponent value, departure volume and coefficient of dynamic filling of vehicle compartments in the city on the operation indices of passenger transport systems was carried out. Particular attention was given to determining the patterns of influence of the parameters considered on the dynamics of changes in the total number of passenger seats.
